Attitude is the true reflection of the personality

No matter whatever is your position, either you are a university student or a Director of a business. Your true personality reflects during the crisis or situation where decisions and situation is not in your control. The interesting part in such situation is that the powerful exercise the power over the junior fellows. This show individual character and personality strength.

So, if you are top position or in control of a situation and nature vested decision making in you so utilize it rationally not emotionally. Be emotionally intelligent and making the decision sensibly.

Work on your Attitude, build it, groom your personality!

Be a Life-Time Student-Get a Mentor:

Once a person asked a fresh science graduate, what are your qualifications? The graduate replied I'm a Master of Science. Then the same question was asked to his professor and the professor replied, I'm a "Student of Science".One cannot be a good teacher unless he is a good student. Choose your mentor carefully, a good mentor will guide & give direction. Be an interested student gets the best out of a teacher. #Learner #Success #Mentors#SK✌️sa

So the above lines are taken from one of my favorite books and let me share that most of the time students complete the degree and assume that now they are done with the education. So in our society, education is linked with the number of years of education. Any who are done with their 14/16/18 years of education thought that now they are done with a degree and its time to earn. To some extent it's true but in the longer term, this approach is very dangerous as we assume that we don't need to upgrade ourselves. With the rapid change in our environment, technology and business practices, we need to constantly upgrade ourselves and this requires formal and informal education. Those who keep on learning are increasing their value and those who think that education is only till the college or university then they are turning into weight and dead weight who has utility for sometime after that they turn into a heavyweight. So be a student for a lifetime, have a mentor who could help you to grow and unleash the talent in you, it could be your teacher, boss, family member or a colleague. A true mentor builds your capabilities and advice you in better interest for a bright future. So have a Mentor and Be a thirsty student.  So do you?

Hello Everyone!

Long time back I created my blog-spot and post few updates on it but due to non-availability of the time. Somehow, I missed my blogs-post and l usually post my thoughts, experiences and learning episodes via FB(Shahzad Khan Profile profile). 

Let's start today and take the liberty of blogs to share my views and experiences. Might be you feel disagreement with my thoughts and I respect your opinion but as I said these are my observations so please respect mine also. There are some many interesting quotes I read and would like to share one of my favorites:
